Since April, 1980, upon Admission to the Mississippi Bar and
American Bar Association served as House Counsel. Duties include
establishing litigation procedures, claims investigation, etc.,
preparation of all claim files for potential litigation, trial litigation,
reviewing and preparing contracts. Risk management and risk
retention, setting specifications and obtaining bids for all insurance
of corporation and its subsidiaries is included in the Department.
